On November 03rd, 2021, Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, held a strategic session concerning a current situation in the fuel market, which, in particular, was devoted to problems of motor-vehicles fuel and jet kero production and pricing, as well as to measures in maintaining of their balance and final prices dynamics. The meeting took place in the Coordination Centre of the Russian Government.
The following persons took part in the meeting: Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development, Maxim Shaskolsky, Head of FAS, and representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Finance. Besides, to discuss acute aspects of the Russian and international oil products market, representatives of oil companies and field-oriented fuel associations were invited. Aerofuels Group of Companies was represented by V.A.Spiridonov, General Director.
During the meeting the following issues were discussed: dynamics of wholesale, stock and retail prices for Russian market oil products, international market situation, production economics and fuel stock level; and forecasts for the end of 2021 – beginning of 2022 were made. A special attention was paid to the inner market of kero, its production, prices and stabilization measures.
During his speech V.A.Spiridonov introduced for consideration several acute and constructive proposals aiming at jet kero prices maintaining as follows:
- - to increase volume of oil products stock market trading from existing 11% of Vertically Integrated Oil Companies products to 15%;
- - to provide stock products shipment from all plants of all oil companies admitted to kero production and output;
- - to set a decreasing coefficient for railway transportation of aviation fuels to the Far Eastern Federal District from the Ural and Siberian Federal Districts
Proposed measures will promote improvement of stock trading transparency; will provide an equal-opportunity access to traded jet fuel for all market members, and, finally, stabilization and gradual decrease of prices for this type of fuel for inner consumers.

In 2021 the airline company of Cheboksary celebrates its 75th anniversary. An air group of Cheboksary, founded in 1946, first consisted only of several airplanes of an air medical service Po-2, and today Cheboksary is a federal international airport. From the airport of Cheboksary the Russian airlines perform passenger transportation to Moscow, St.Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Anapa, Mineralnye Vody, Yekaterinburg and Novy Urengoy. Along with regular flights, the airport serves special (rotational shift) flights to the northern area cities.
Since 2016 the airport of Cheboksary has been a member of Aerofuels Group of Companies and into-plane fueling has been performed by International Airport of Cheboksary LLC, an aerodrome operator, which in 2021 turns 5. In the airport for aircrafts refueling MACh LLC uses its own aviation fuel guaranteeing air carriers competitive prices and fast high-quality service compliant with all Russian and international norms and requirements. Currently works on large-scale redevelopment of the air terminal building are in progress. In the result of existing premises upgrading, as well as construction of new buildings on the territory of the aerodrome and landscaping of the territory adjoining the air terminal buildings, an exterior of the airport will change much and its comfort will increase.
In the year of its anniversary the airport of Cheboksary is operating more efficiently than ever, and feels optimistic about the future. MACh LLC management and staff work on destination network enlargement and quality improvement of the services offered to Chuvashia and nearest-neighbor regions inhabitants.

Since 2014 TZK Aerofuels, a member of Aerofuels Group of Companies, along with the main activities has been undertaking trading operations in the market of above-ground oil products. The company provides diesel fuel and petrol availability in its own oil depots in Tomsk, Ulan-Ude and Kirov for sales in the regional markets.
In early 2021 within strategic development of trading it was decided to launch a project of own automatic refueling stations (AZS) network creation.
Thanks to cooperative work of all subdivisions in August the first step in this project implementation was made. In Tomsk an automatic AZS under the brand name of Aviator was successfully put into operation.
The Company plans to spread this successful experience over other regions.

Expert RA assigned an expected credit rating of bond-secured loan of 002P-01 series planned for issue by Aerofuels at the level of ruBBB+ (EXP).
The expected credit rating of Aerofuels bond-secured loan of 002P-01 series was assigned for the first time. The expected credit rating was assigned by the Russian national rating scale. The expected credit rating was assigned by Credit Rating Methodology for Debt Instruments https://raexpert.ru/ratings/methods/current (effective date - 14.05.2021).
The assigned expected credit rating demonstrates all significant information on TZK Aerofuels, which Expert RA possesses, reliability and quality of which, in Expert RA opinion, are quite adequate. Key information sources used within the rating analysis was information received from Bank of Russia, Aerofuels JSC, TZK Aerofuels, as well as Expert RA. Information used by Expert RA within a rating analysis was sufficient for methodology application.
The expected credit rating was assigned within the concluded contract; Aerofuels JSC took part in rating assignment.
Number of rating committee members was enough to provide quorum. A leading rating analyst submitted to the rating committee members the rating influencing factors and the committee members expressed their opinion and proposals. The rating committee Chairman provided each rating committee member with an opportunity to speak out before voting

From October 25th, 2021, RusLine airline launches a regular flight from Kurgan to St.Petersburg. The flights will be performed once a week by CRJ 100/200 airplanes with 50 seats. The route will be included in the list of subsidized routes up to the end of the year. Currently there are two flights from Kurgan to Moscow. Besides, for summer subsidized flights from Kurgan to Simferopol and Sochi launched.
The airport of Kurgan is a member of Aerofuels Group of Companies; it possesses a complex of administrative buildings and structures, a tank farm, refuelers, their own railway siding, an unloading rack and a loading depot. TZK Aerofuels Kurgan is equipped with certified and up-to-date equipment, and guarantees air lines a high quality level of jet kero, its reception, storage and further delivery to a refueler. In late 2020 Aerofuels finished a wide-scale upgrading of airport facilities in the airport of Kurgan.

Aerofuels Group of Companies acquired a new oil depot in the area of the city of Borovichi (Novgorod region). Oil depot capacity is over 8000 m3. Due to this purchase Aerofuels is planning to provide continuous and convenient supplies of light oil products to their customers in the Northwestern and Central Federal Districts of Russia.
Since 2010 Aerofuels Group of Companies has been offering to their company-partners a full complex of services in light oil products transshipment and storage in their oil depots in Tomsk, Ulyanovsk, Kirov, Ulan-Ude and Nizhny Novgorod. During the last several years the company implemented a large investment project on construction and upgrading of infrastructure, special equipment and tank farm. All oil depots belonging to Aerofuels Group of Companies have all required licenses and certificates confirming conformance to the requirements for oil products storage and transfer.

In August 2021 Aerofuels UIan-Ude (Aerofuels Group of Companies), undertaking refueling in the international airport of Baikal, received a new Certificate of Conformity for aircraft flights supply with aviation fuels. The Certificate, valid for three years, confirms again that the company meets all requirements of the Federal aviation rules for arrangement of a complex of services in aircraft refueling with jet kero and anti-icing fluid, including reception, storage, preparation to delivery, delivery for refueling and aircrafts refueling with aviation fuel. The inspection was held by specialists of the State Research and Development Institute of Civil Aviation of the Ministry of Transport of Russia within the civil aviation facilities Voluntary Certification System.
Aerofuels UIan-Ude LLC is a member of the refueling complexes network belonging to Aerofuels Group of Companies; it has its own up-to-date refueling facilities and highly qualified personnel. TZK guarantees to the Russian and international airlines refueling with high quality certified jet kero having passed the required laboratory quality control, use of equipment meeting the industry-specific standards.

A new, the largest civil aviation refueler ÒÇÀ-50-FM-LT started operating in the airport of Yakutsk. It is designed and manufactured by Aviatechnology scientific-production association - the Russian aviation refueling equipment manufacturer, on the basis of Aerofuels technical assignment, and is purposed for refueling all types of modern aircrafts including Boeing and Airbus, with filtered and dewatered aviation fuel. High purity filtering conforms to EU and RF standards, and is provided by the newest filtering equipment built in this refueler. Thanks to its extraordinary characteristics the refueler can be used during refueling in extreme climatic conditions of Yakutia and the whole Far North (at a temperature of up to -50Ñ). Capacity of ÒÇÀ-50 tank is 50 000 liters, which makes over 2/3 of a railway tank volume, and its length reaches 19 meters.
Aerofuels refueling complex has been operating in the airport of Yakutsk since May 2020; it obtains its own fuel and lubricant depot, new refuelers and skilled personnel. Aerofuels JSC is an operator of the new TZK. The company renders services meeting the highest Russian and international aviation requirements and has all required certificates and licenses for refueling activities.

Aerofuels Group of Companies within their investment plan for 2020-2022 is carrying out activities on refueling complexes (TZK) technical re-equipping and upgrading in the airports within their footprint, paying special attention to aircraft refueling quality standards improvement. The program aims at construction of new and re-equipping of current TZK in the Russian airports, including fuel handling facilities and related infrastructure. Aerofuels Group of Companies considers it especially important to have the whole complex of services in aviation fuel supply compliant with the applicable Russian and international standards: aviation fuel quality, conditions of its transportation and storage, and technical means for into-plane refueling. Equipment required for TZK upgrading and re-equipping is manufactured of domestic and foreign-made components in the Russian factories.
In 2021 Aerofuels Group of Companies continues upgrading their aerodrome refueles fleet in their refueling complexes. Thus, on August 20th, 2021, a new refueler was shipped from Aviatechnology scientific-production association to the airport of Yakutsk. Up-to-date refueling machinery used in the Aerofuels network conforms to applicable Russian and international aircraft refueling standards.

In March 2021 Aerofuels JSC, a company - member of Aerofuels Group of Companies, successfully placed 3-year bonds at the amount of 1 billion rubles. A coupon rate is 9,25% with quarterly payment. Placement was arranged by Raiffeisenbank.
Funds received from bonds issue are forwarded to implementation of planned investments in RF regional airports infrastructure creation and development (air terminal buildings, refueling complexes, aviation refuelers, etc.).
Current bonds efficiency frontier: 8,95%-9,05%. The nearest date of coupon payment is 01.09.2021.
In late August Aerofuels JSC plans to implement the second bonds issue at the amount of up to 1,5 billion rubles. The date of bonds issue will be informed additionally. Please, follow our website news.

In June 2021 the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) issued a permit to the international airport of Cheboksary building improvement. The project plans to expand the air terminal total area by 1400 m2, which makes it possible to improve its functional use and increase the airport capacity up to 1 million 700 thousand passengers per year. Due to reconstruction of the current premises, construction of new buildings on the airdrome territory and improvement of the territory adjoining the airport building, an external appearance of the airport will change significantly and its comfort will grow. The project will be implemented by International Airport of Cheboksary LLC.
The airport of Cheboksary is an international federal airport. It operates regular flights of the Russian airlines and rotation special purpose flights. Since 2016 International Airport of Cheboksary LLC (MACh LLC) has been a member of Aerofuels Group of Companies. MACh LLC Management and staff are working at destination network increase and improvement of quality of services rendered to Chuvashia and nearest regions inhabitance.

Moscow. 14th of July. INTERFAX.RU – Russia resumes flights to France and Czech Republic from the 24th of July, journalists were informed by the nationwide anti-coronavirus task force after meeting on Wednesday.
“Based on the results of the discussion and due to the epidemiological situation in some countries it was decided to resume regular flights on a reciprocal basis to the following countries starting from July 24th, 2021: to France: Moscow-Paris and Moscow-Nice, 4 flights a week each route, St.Petersburg-Paris and St.Petersburg-Nice, 2 flights a week each route; to Czech Republic: Moscow-Prague, 4 flights a week”, it is said in the message.
The task force recommends people to undergo vaccination before a flight to foreign countries for protection against new coronavirus infection. Besides, the task force informed that starting from July 24th, Russia would increase frequency of regular flights to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Lebanon, Croatia and Ethiopia on a reciprocal basis.
It is remarked that there will be 2 flights a week to Austria: St.Petersburg-Vienne, also 2 flights a week to Belgium: St.Petersburg-Brussels. To Bulgaria: an amount of flights will increase from 4 to 7 for Moscow-Sofia, Moscow-Varna, Moscow- Burgas each route; there will be 4 flights a week for St.Petersburg-Sofia, St.Petersburg – Varna, St.Petersburg-Bourgas, and 1 flight a week from Yekaterinburg to Varna.
Besides, an amount of flights to Hungary is increased (Moscow-Budapest from 2 to 4 flights a week, St.Petersburg – Budapest 2 flights a week), to Greece (Moscow-Salonika and Moscow- Heraklion – from 5 to 7 flights a week each route), to Lebanon (Moscow-Beirut from 1 to 3 flights a week), to Croatia (Moscow-Zagreb from 2 to 3 flights a week, Moscow-Split and Moscow-Dubrovnik from 2 to 5 flights a week each route) and to Ethiopia (Moscow- Addis Ababa from 3 to 4 flights a week).
“Besides, it is decided starting from July 24th to resume flights from international airports of Arkhangelsk, Novokuznetsk and Orsk to the foreign countries with regard to Russian Federation Resolution ¹ 635-ð dated 16.03.2020, and compliance with necessary sanitary-epidemiological requirements”, they added in the task force. Currently the Russian Federation has resumed air communication with approximately 50 countries.

Due to active resume of domestic air lines flights, launching of new subsidized flights to the Far East and Southern Federal District, as well as partial opening of international summer resorts, traditional for the Russian tourists, a scope of refueling in the Russian airports has grown sharply. Based on the results of June 2021 five refueling complexes of Aerofuels Group of Companies reported on record monthly quantity of into-plane fueling.
In July-August a season fueling quantity increase by 10-15% is also predicted compared to June.
All refueling complexes are ready to reach goals in fuel supply to the Russian and international airlines-partners in full over all Aerofuels Group of Companies geography of location.
